Posture Trainer Review & Discount
I don’t know if anyone can relate… but I do NOT have the best posture in the world.
I mean, I work in front of a computer all day… and if I’m not on a computer, I’m typically on my phone making Instagram Reels & TikTok videos for my clients (and sometimes myself) — so forward neck is a real thing.
However, I got this posture trainer by Body’s Best Friend and after 3 weeks of using it I must say… IT WORKS!
It’s not one of those “braces” that tries to correct you and you’re in constant pain. This is more of a “muscle-memory trainer” that is meant to help over-time. (But also, wear it only for a few hours at a time the first couple of days… trust me!)
