  • What you will receive: customer care texts, such as replies to your questions, follow-ups on collaborations and inquiries, and scheduling details. If you also check the promotional box, you may receive occasional updates about new content, courses, and offers.
  • How to opt in: enter your phone number in the chat on our website and check the box for each type of text you want. Each box is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • How to opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To join again, opt in through the website chat.
