Grateful for the Little Things
I’m starting off with being grateful for things I can so easily take advantage of… like having a safe place to live!
It can be so easy for basic needs to become something so normal that I forget to be grateful for them! Often times I think I subconsciously have these thoughts that I *need* certain things in order to be happy & grateful (it’s the “I’ll be happy when I have XYZ” mindset) and it can become a toxic cycle of having unsustainable happiness 🤭
I also know I cannot be stressed & grateful at the same time. So I’m choosing the perspective of gratitude & I want to share some of that with you guys for 30 days! 🤍 I also want to know something YOU are grateful for… it might help someone out who needs to be reminded today! ⬇️
