Grateful for my Career/Business
Day 10/30 of #GratitudeMonth I’m incredibly grateful for my business/career/profession, or whatever you want to call it…
I’m just GRATEFUL that I took the leap of faith over a year ago. I’m grateful I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the unknown. I did something I was SO passionate about… TBH it was almost *too scary* to even try because that meant I had the opportunity to even “fail” at something I wanted so badly, instead of just having this distant dream I never actually went for.
But you guys! I did go for it! And I will not fail because I will not give up. I absolutely love what I do. I love the flexibility of not having a consistent place I have to show up to daily, because my brain just doesn’t operate that way... because it’s not supposed to. I’m allowed to be ME. I’m supposed to operate different than most. I’m not supposed to do what’s “normal” — and I’m so glad I finally accepted that.
Lastly, let me be verrrrry clear. It’s not glamorous being a “content creator” or “business owner” or “entrepreneur” — what’s glamorous is being able to LOVE what you do & use the gifts you were created with. Whatever that might be. YOU have something you’re passionate about doing, and YOU CAN do it! I believe in you! And want you to feel empowered and confident enough in yourself that you can go for it. It’s worth it. 🤘
